Entering and fixing results

Enter scores, fix mistakes, and end your tournament.

Entering a score

Start the tournament and tap a match. Enter both scores and tap “Submit Score”. Scores are whole numbers from 0 to 9999.

  • Round Robin, Swiss System, and group matches can end in a draw.
  • In knockout matches, someone must win. Both scores cannot be the same.
  • In a best-of series, you enter one game at a time. “Undo last game” removes the last one you entered.

Score once, next round is ready

Enter a score and the next round is already waiting. Nobody has to seed the final by hand.

When someone cannot play

Open the match and tap “Forfeit” next to the player’s name. The other player wins. The score stays 0-0, so the score difference does not change. “Clear forfeit” takes this back.

A “bye” means a player has no opponent in a round. This can happen when the number of players does not divide evenly. In the Swiss System, a bye counts as a win.

Fixing a mistake

Tap a finished match to change the score. “History” shows what was changed. Some results affect other matches:

  • Knockout: if later matches depend on the score, the app shows which ones it would reset. You can then confirm or cancel.
  • Group + Knockout: once the knockout stage is created, you can no longer change group results.
  • Swiss System: you can change an earlier round, but the matches of later rounds stay the same.

Ending a tournament

  • “Finish Tournament” ends it. You can no longer enter scores.
  • “Cancel Tournament” stops it early. The results so far are kept, and you find it under “Completed”.
  • “Delete Tournament” removes it for good. You cannot undo this.

“Cancel Tournament” and “Delete Tournament” are in the “Tournament Settings”.
