Sharing a tournament live

Spectators can follow the scores with a QR code or a link.

What you need

You need to be signed in, and your tournament must be saved in the cloud. Spectators do not need the app or an account. They can only watch and cannot change anything.

Starting to share

1. Open the tournament and choose “Share live”.
2. Choose your options if you want to. They are explained below.
3. Tap “Start live share”. The QR code and link only work after this step.
4. Show the QR code, or use “Copy link” or “Send link”.

Tip: The link also works on a TV or a projector.

Your options

• “Link expires”: choose how long the link works. After the tournament ends, it stops working within 12 hours at the latest.
• “PIN”: a 4-digit code that spectators must enter. You do not have to use one.
• “Initials only”: shows initials instead of full names, for example to protect children’s names.

Stopping

Tap “Stop sharing” and confirm. The QR code and link stop working right away. You can share again later.
