Delete it yourself (fastest)
You can delete your Tourneydo account at any time, in the iOS app, the Android app, or the web app. Signing in is required so that only you can delete your data.
- Open Settings and scroll to the Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- On the web, sign in at app.tourneydo.com and open Settings to find the same option.
No access to the app any more?
If you uninstalled the app, you can sign in with the same email or Google account in the web app at app.tourneydo.com and delete the account there.
If that is not possible, email office@xinger.org from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account.
What gets deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes the following from our servers. This cannot be undone.
- Your sign-in (email address or Google link)
- Synced tournaments, players, matches and your roster
- Player photos you uploaded
- Active live-share links and feedback you sent while signed in
- Your plan record and the customer profile at our subscription provider
What stays
Tournaments you only keep on your device are not on our servers. Delete them in the app settings or by uninstalling the app.
Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Store purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
