Terms of service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Provider
These terms govern the use of Tourneydo, provided by Xinger Solutions GmbH, Seefeldgasse 5, 3462 Absdorf, Austria (FN 520445k, VAT ATU74837313). Contact: office@xinger.org.
2. What these terms cover
They apply to the website tourneydo.com, the Tourneydo web app, and the iOS and Android apps. Features may differ between platforms (for example ads and in-app purchases exist only in the mobile apps).
3. Local use without an account
You may use Tourneydo to run tournaments stored only on your device without creating an account and without accepting these terms. Local use is at your own risk. We do not host that data and cannot restore it if the device is lost or storage is cleared.
4. Account and first sign-in
If you register, sign in, or connect Google so that data can leave your device, you must be at least 16 and agree to these terms and the privacy policy. That agreement is required before we create or use an account for you.
You are responsible for the credentials of your account and for activity under it. Tell us if you believe the account is misused. We may suspend or delete an account that is used unlawfully or that puts the service or other users at risk.
5. Your content
You remain responsible for names, photos, scores, and other content you enter. You must have the right to use player photos and must not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
We host synced content only to provide the service you requested (sync, live share). We do not claim ownership of your tournament data.
6. Live share
A live-share link lets other people follow a tournament without editing it. You decide who receives the link and whether a PIN is required. You must not use live share to publish personal data of others without a lawful basis. We may disable a share that is abused or that we are legally required to take down. Completed tournaments remain shareable for a limited time only (at most 12 hours after completion).
7. Acceptable use
You must not probe, overload, or disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, scrape accounts or share tokens, or use Tourneydo to send spam or malware. Automated access is allowed only as needed for ordinary use of the apps and website.
8. Mobile Pro subscription
TourneyDo Pro is sold in the iOS and Android apps through Apple and Google. Price, renewal, and cancellation follow the store rules shown at purchase. Pro removes ads in those apps; it is not required for tournament features, which remain available in the free tier and on the web.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially for a free offering. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Local-only use continues to work without our servers.
10. Liability
TourneyDo is a tool for organising recreational and club events. We are not responsible for how you run an event, for disputes between participants, or for decisions based on scores you enter.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and where the Product Liability Act applies. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach a duty that is essential to perform the contract (cardinal duty), and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for lost profits or data loss that you could have avoided by keeping a local copy or export. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you have an account, continued use after we ask you to accept a new version counts as agreement. If you do not agree, stop using account features and delete the account; local-only use remains available.
12. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence. The courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you another venue.
